Information we collect

We collect email addresses submitted to the private-access list. For charter enquiries, we collect your name, email, destination preferences, dates, guest count, budget range and anything you choose to add in the notes field.

We also collect limited cookieless analytics: page paths, referral domain, campaign parameters and conversion events. We do not store an analytics identifier or IP address in our analytics table.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, recommend suitable charter options and take steps at your request before a potential booking. We use private-list information to send the updates you requested. We use aggregated site analytics for our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website.

Who processes it

Information is processed using Supabase for secure database storage, Resend for email delivery and Netlify for website hosting. These providers may process data in countries outside the UK; we rely on their applicable contractual and transfer safeguards.

How long we keep it

Private-list and enquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active booking, legal obligation or dispute. Cookieless analytics events are normally retained for up to 12 months.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing by contacting us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
